This warmer has 3 settings. The hottest setting can make your cup actually boil. It is great. For the price, i would recommend this to anyone. It doesn't take up a lot of space on my desk. There is only 1 button to push to go through the different levels of heat. If you want to turn it off, just hold your finger on the button for a few seconds. The heating surface is glass or something similar. Ive been rough on mine. I use a large coffee cup and have sat it on the warmer pretty hard sometimes. It seems to have no issues with me being so rugged with it. If you are looking for a warmer, this is the one!

I dont usually review my purchases but this deserves a review. I absolutely love it. I had a warmer previously that worked ok but this one exceeded my expectations. I put my mug with room temp water on there and within 15 min a have a hot cup of water for tea. On the high setting the drink gets hot. The purple (warm) setting it just keeps ut nice and warm. I LOVE THIS THING. would 1000% recommend

The media could not be loaded.  I don’t like that this warmer melts down the whole candle in about 10 minutes, depending on the size. The sad thing is that there’s no aroma coming from the candle like it does when burning the wick. I guess I will see how it works as a coffee/tea warmer. I will let y’all know,

** Update it is now May and I've used this warmer every weekday while working, and it still does not disappoint. My coffee is always hot, and I haven't experienced the burning smell others have mentioned.**Wow, I did not think this would work as well as it does. This just delivered and I plugged it right in. My coffee was cold at this point, so I figured I see if it warms it up at all. I put it on the high setting and within a few minutes my coffee was reheated and steaming! Yum!

These are exactly what I've wanted for a long time now. My coffee was always getting cold and I was constantly heating it in the microwave. Now I just push what heat I want and keep it warmed up on this mug warmer. I love the 3 temperature settings and the auto off after 4 hours. I bought 2, one for the office and one for the TV room. Life is so much easier now!

Awesome product. Keeps my coffee and tea piping hot while I work til the last drop.
