This is a supplement NOT a pain reliever
Joint supplements are not designed for instant pain relief. This product builds up as a cumulative effect. I have used this product (or another company) for over 10 years. I started with Schiff Move Free. Within the first 15 days of starting, I could feel a positive effect from taking it every day. Now, after 10 years, I still think it works. I like the small size of the pill unlike the horse pills of glucosamine and chondroitin. And, it does not contain shellfish. Many companies produce this joint supplement. I have tried other brands, (Member's Mark/Sam's club, Kirkland/Costco, Walmart, and Schiff), so I usually go for the best price. If they all have the same ingredients then PRICE wins. Just know that these joint pills are NOT pain relievers. They improve the joints with the needed minerals for natural improvement. Diet/exercise/cbd/acetaminophen are all used as part of joint health.

Effective
Been using this for years and take one pill every day; my knees feel great. I had cartilage surgery 35 years ago. Started taking these pills about 20, maybe 30, years ago; not sure about the years but you get the idea! If I miss one or two consecutive days... my knees are on fire.

Waaaaay better than Glucosamine
I was out of these for a while and for some reason couldn't order from Sam's. Saw that Amazon had them and ordered right away. For me, it only takes a few days to notice the different - a lot less pain in knees and hip. Try them out and see what they do for you!

truly works for joint pain, no kidding around
I've been taking this daily for many years. I used to have constant neck pain and knee pain. This truly has helped. I ran out once and put off ordering again to see what would happen if I stopped taking them. Surely enough the knee pain came back. I immediately ordered again before the neck pain could kick back in!! Love this product, I tell everyone who complains about joint pain to try this.
