Q: The material says PP. is it plastic or ceramic or glass?

It is plastic - very thin plastic. When I tried to attach the brush to the handle it would not fit. the plastic rim crumbled. Could not mend or fix it. Lost patience and threw it away.

Q: iv read reviews saying as this has no weight, it falls over everytime the brush is removed. anyone else had this issue?

The toilet brush caddy is made of plastic and is fairly light weight. You can remove it without falling if you do so carefully. The brush is funcional and the ensemble is cute. It’s great for the price. Would love if it came in ceramic but oh well
