BESTVA BP2000 Dimmable LED Light, Full Spectrum Plant Lamp for Indoor Seed Starting, Seedlings, Vegetables & Household Plants

I purchased this on October 15th in preparation for moving outdoor plants indoors for the winter. I first had to remodel the laundry room to have a place to put them indoors. I completed the remodel and installed the light on November 11th and it seemed fine but I wasn't ready to move in the plants so turned it off until I could get them moved indoors. I moved them in on November 13th and everything seemed fine. After the light ran for a few hours it started to have a very fast flicker that is rather hard on the eyes. I was leaving for my 40th anniversary on the 15th and had a lot to do and figured I would contact the Amazon or the company when I returned. We were gone for a while and when we returned it seemed the light might be working correctly but once again after being on for a few hours it once again began flickering. I wanted to make sure it was the light before contacting anyone so I ran some tests over the next few days to make sure it wasn't the outlet and was indeed an issue with the light. I then contacted Amazon who informed me my return window expired on November 17th. However, they told me to contact the seller because it was under warranty and assure me the seller would help resolve the issue. I contact the seller and after answering a couple of their questions and sending them a video they responded back with, "From the video, this flicker should be the strobe of the LED light, which is present in all LED lights." I was disappointed in their response as if what they said is true (which I don't believe it is - at least not to a visible degree) then the light would flicker once it was turned on and it doesn't until it has ran several hours. I then contacted my brother who has the exact same light (and was the one who recommended it) to see if his flickers. He said definitely not and he has had his for several months. I let the seller know this and am currently waiting on a response from them to it. I believe they make good lights as my brother wouldn't have recommended it if they didn't and I am pleased with the overall quality of the light it is just the flicker is unacceptable. It is in the laundry room and it bothers my eyes the minute I walk into the room if it flickering and I am usually in the laundry room for several minutes when I am out there. My husband also uses the room and it is more than he can bear after a few minutes making the room unusable. As it stands now, I would not recommend the light to anyone not because of the quality of the way it is made but because of the interactions to date from the seller. If they stand behind the product and will exchange it with a working light I am sure I will be more than happy with the light overall. Since the plants are in a room with no windows and I don't have another grow light I am hoping they will cross ship the replacement allowing me to get it in place and provide a return label so I can ship them back the one I have as the plants can't be in a dark room for several days without light and I have no where else to put them so they can get light. I will update this once I get the final word from the seller but the way it has started doesn't give me a lot of hope. A good company would replace it without trying to make excuses for the flickering that is visible and bothersome. Update 12/01/2024 - After responding to the previous email from the seller I received an email stating they would replace the light. I received the notice on the 26th of November and the light arrived on November 29th. I changed my rating from 2 star to 5 star because of the prompt response from the company and the customer centric professional support they provided, not to mention the overall quality of the light which I think is very well made. Anyone can have a product that doesn't perform well even when they make quality products (as I believe BestVA does) and it is how they stand behind their products that ultimately determines if the company is overall focussed on customer satisfaction. I am very satisfied with the way they handled the issue and would highly recommend their products to others.

Had this panel for my houseplant shelf for two years and it's still going steong. Emits more of a red light so be aware of that. Plants love it as well.

Purchased my first bestva a 900w burble a very good light but a when I brought this one the first time for my 3x3 in worked flawlessly and grow was good. So when I went to a 4x4 tent it was time to order another light and guess what another bp2000 for me no guessing. These light are built strong, dimmer, easy to install, bright and most important a real bang for your buck and your plants will love it. I would recommend this light to my friends and anyone I know. Invest in Bestva you won’t be sorry. Update: This is my second bp2000 the first was like 21.5x12 and stated a actual watt of 205 as stated on line and in the user manual with .5watts leds and worked great which led me to purchase another bp2000. The new one called an upgrade states an actual watt of 160 in the user guide but 205w online. The leds show .2watts and it's 18"x12" with a slightly larger driver and 1150 leds. The first bp2000 has 656 as stated online and in manual. my plants are responding great under both light so the 5 star rating will remain. Just wanted to give the update so you will know what to expect and hopefully Bestva will update their info.....buy the light you won't be disappointed.

Just started using this and I'm Glad that I purchased it. The first thing I noticed is how substantial it is compared to some other grow lights that I've purchased off Amazon. It definitely has weight and it came with accessories to help hang it. I especially like the pulley that was included so that I can raise and lower the light as needed. It's really a plug and play unit. Attach the cord and plug it in, turn the knob and you have an adjustable light. So far my flowering lemon tree appears to be hanging on under these bright lights. In the past, when I've had to bring in my citrus there was leaf drop. Not this time. The light puts off a little bit of heat which I appreciate because the only available spot that I have for my citrus is in a room that stays rather cool. On its highest level the light is super bright. Likely to get another one as soon as I can afford to.

I bought this to replace their lower grade light with no dimming feature. The other one though has fans on it and it here was virtually no difference in temp- within 15 mins of this light in my rent ( 5x3 ), the temp was above 80 and I needed to open the tent for air. It’s only 70 outside here so this absolutely will not work when it gets warmer. I’m returning this one and getting another of the others. Other than the heat issue, it seems sturdy and puts out good light. But I can’t have my tent this hot Or with it wide open for circulation. It’s a great light if you have the room for cooler temps.

Works great and it’s getting the job done. It definitely exceeded my expectations. Easy to set up. It’s not to heavy seems well constructed. Plenty of adjustment. great packaging and it’s much brighter than I thought it was going to be.

Purchased for my husband. He definitely prefers this one to his older model, which he also still uses faithfully. Slim and lightweight. Great buy.

Las primeras impresiones con el producto son muy buenas, hablando de calidad, todo se siente premium la construcción es robusta con disipador de aluminio, es lógico por la potencia que llega a emitir calor pero realmente no es mucho ni debería causar problema, respecto a la potencia de la luz es impresionante lo buena que es, además de la penetración que tiene, el regulador es muy bueno y permite adecuarlo a la necesidad de las plantas, simplemente es un artículo premium y profesional para cultivar....vale cada centavo que cuesta totalmente recomendable, por este rango de precio es la mejor opción, el único problema que tiene es que solo viene con una polea lo que hace que no quede derecha a la hora de instalar, realmente no es problema pero es una observación lo ideal seria que trajera dos para que asi quede en una posición fija.

Was working fine for 2months, now its down, so not very impressed with product for now. Had a second led breakdown on another unit that is had bought in october. Hopefully i will get the refunded or fixed. Seems the power supply is overheating for some reason. Warranty service is sending me replacement and were very efficient in response.
