Easy to wash and use is good for foods like pancakes, fry breads, eggs, etc... Not great for stir fry sautéed type dishes, which wooden spoon or chop sticks is still the favored choice on that one... They are thin and flexible, yet strong enough to efficiently prepare food with comfort
