Super comfortable!
I'm in love with these foot pads, THEY WORK EXCELLENT! I wore my favorite, but yet the most uncomfortable heels yesterday and my crossfit shoes that have zero padding and used my gel pads for the first time. The foot gel pads worked like a miracle on my feet! They don't move around and provide the perfect cushion for the ball point of my feet. You can't see the pads nor feel them on your toe. It does what it's supposed to do; however, I found that if I put this in some shoes, my feet slip around too much, and eventually the adhesive peels up, then the cushion rolls up a bit.

Nice Pad!
These are comfortable and worked compared to other inserts, such as Dr. Scholl's DreamWalk. I like that they have two pairs for me to change.However, do not expect these to make heels feel like running shoes. Your shoes will still feel like heels, but just slightly more comfortable heels.

Very good and comfortable!
