Q: What are the measurements for the 2x and 3x please

What I did was look at other underwear selections that have a sizing chart, otherwise from what I can tell, the average size 9 is a 2X, size 10 is a 3X. Hope I’m right, hope this helps

Q: Would these be good to wear over my disposable diaper?

Yes. Actually perfect..would probably cover diaper perfect . And they are lightweight with a little stretch. I love them. They don't work great for pads though because the crotch area is wider then regular underwear.
