The media could not be loaded.  I love that this camera fits perfectly inside my hand. It's a lot smaller than I thought it was going to be and am definitely okay with that. I wasn't sure about the picture quality because I hadn't bought a memory card but once I did, I tested it out immediately. The video and picture quality I saw was absolutely amazing. The pictures I included were the same ones that I took with this camera. Changing the settings and going from pictures and videos is really easy to do. I recently took this on a family hiking trip and the pictures and video I was able to capture was just amazing. I did install the microphone on this and was able to get clear sound of us talking rather than just the breeze and wind noises. I have a tripod and was able to screw this camera onto my tripod without any issues. This does come with a case to hold the camera which was really helpful for storing. Love the picture, video and sound quality of this camera. Really easy to use and I can hook this up directly to any of my TVs at home and use the playback feature to watch on TV rather than on the camera.

The media could not be loaded.  I read the reviews before I bought this and thought if it was as bad as a few said i can send it back, but it worked great, pictures clear, functions easy to use. As a high ranked reviewer I get offers to write bad reviews all the time (which I reject) but it seems that a few of the Asian companies have no scruples about using any tactic to make the competition look bad. This camera worked perfectly with the only thing I noticed was a tendency to get a bit yellow in lower lighting but I also can't say that was not a result of my lack of knowledge of the camera. What I can say is that it made perfect videos for me, the fact it came with every attachment and accessory I needed to make videos (I recommend upgrading the microphone if you are going to do professional YouTube type video, the one included is great for parties, family gathering , etc) .Bottom Line: This camera performed perfectly for me, I can't really say why the bad reviews and my opinions are just a guess based on my own experiences. So I am giving this 5 Stars since I never experienced any negative problems that have been described and noticed most of them are very short on details of why it was so bad. 5 Stars and thinking I may be in a minority of honest reviews here

The media could not be loaded.  I wasn't expecting much and have been exploring some options for inexpensive camcorders and this one does a fairly decent job of shooting HD. For the price, there's a lot of accessories and you get two batteries.It also has a nice lens hood along with a remote and a slot to insert an SD card. While scrolling through the menu was a bit odd, functionality-wise, it works really well. This is no 4K or with some amazing stabilization but I do feel it is indeed a true HD. I've had some horrible 480P resolution claiming to be HD and even 4K which was absolutely awful. This one I can say is in fact HD.You pretty much get everything except the SD Card (which is very cheap on here) so other than maybe buying the memory card and a cheap tripod, it's an excellent option for beginner videographers or if you want a compact camcorder system with a good microphone that's also included!

The image quality is really great almost comparable with the images taken on iphone 11 pro. I was first skeptical when I saw them on the video camera screen and I felt they were no good. But once I started to record I could see the power of the camera. I installed a 512gb memory card to give a little boost to the memory. I used it to record my video all day long and journal, vlog. It's definetely an all-rounder. It also came with a lot of accessories and they look durable. I just did not get a chance to use them yet. One last highlight of the product is the ability to remove glare from the video. One day I left this recording while window was open and it was still able to record even if it was exposed to direct sunlight.

I bought this camera months ago with the plan to use it during the summer vacation. We opened it up last week and within the first day discovered it was defective. Obviously it was way past the Amazon 30 day return window so they put me in touch with the seller. I didn't feel confident going into the interaction that they would do much to help me. Boy was I wrong! They simply asked me to send a video showing how the camera was defective. They were so patient and very prompt with help when I was struggling to get the video to them. Finally got the video to them and within hours they offered my choice of a full refund or a replacement. The whole experience couldn't have gone any better. Based on the other reviews, I think the defect was a total fluke but I also have total confidence that that if anything were to go wrong that customer service would be very receptive. A+

I used to record and take pictures with my iPhone because it's so much easier and I don't have to carry a separate camera or camcorder, however I find that I am always short on memory and I wanted to start vlogging so I was thinking of killing two birds with one stone. I ended up being able to kill three birds because it turns out that this can also be used as a camera for my laptop when I do video calls. Very glad I bought this, I am impressed by the lightweight and size of it. It is so versatile that it made the purchase well worth it.

I got this within two days of Amazon prime shipping. It looks exactly like the photos. The resolution is actually very well-made. The battery life is sustainable. All in all I would buy this again. The only problem that I saw was that you have to have a memory card. But there is a little thing in the bottom of buying this that shows the most recent products purchased with this item, and one of them is a memory card, and an $18 tripod. I bought both. The memory card was about $9. So all in all a great investment. The recorder is actually easy to navigate and the remote is easy to use as well. Manual is easy to read. For a cam recorder, you kind of have to invest money into a good one like this one for it to be sustainable for a long time.
