Q: should you frame before or after painting? I’d think easier to paint on frame, but also canvas would stretch from wetness of paint.

I attached my canvas to the backboard of the frame and painted. When dried I inserted it into the frame. If you paint it in the frame you won't be able to get all the way to the edge without getting paint on the frame itself

Q: Where can I have this put on a frame?

I bought a cheap frame. Folded the canvas over the back board of the frame and used glue. Inserted the back into the frame without the glass

Q: how long did it to finish ?

Depends on how detailed you follow the pattern. I don't know exactly how long but it took multiple days.

Q: Can i iron out the creases?

This is what someone else told me and it did work but took a bit of effort. You have to iron them out with the numbers facing down on a ironing board. Place a cotton cloth over the canvas and use the steam setting on the iron with medium heat. Move back and forth over the canvas. It takes a little time, but it works.
