I installed the covers today and found out you don't have to remove the old covers. The covers fit right over the old ones and with a little trimming on the side that faces the seat, everything works as designed. Great product for the money!

These armrest covers were great for my Lexus. They fit right over the existing leather, but a little difficult to zip up- (2 personal job). It looks good and the extra padding is nice.

Covers fit well and match the color of the original leather. Watch a YouTube video for hints in removing the arm rests to make putting covers on them. Covers had one small nick that did not show and have not affected how well they work.

These are a great product. Not a 100% color match, but close enough to look great.I was bothered by the worn armrest on my 2008 RX350. Just stumbled on these and they are an excellent solution. The installation takes a little work, because the covers fit on tight. I put them on backwards the first time - The small hole goes to the outside of the armrest. It looks like the trim plug will not go through the small hole, but it will.

These look great in my wife's 2009 RX350 and at a fraction of the cost from Lexus. I didn't find them difficult to install, but I am a mechanic by trade and have better than average hand strength. Not being boastful, but it may be relevant. They will twist a bit if you force it as they are just covers and not full replacements. Fit is nice and snug, grey color matches very well and it makes my wife happy! All-around winner.

Believe the other reviews, these do look great when finished but wow are they difficult to install. You will need to remove some of the existing foam on the OEM arms to get these to fit and will spend a good amount of time inching them closer and closer to closed. Best of luck!

I know this says LEXUS, but from what I know about the 2003 Toyota and Lexus, I was pretty confident it would match, so I removed the arm rest with a 14mm socket wrench… and this fit perfectly on my 2003 Toyota Highlander!!! It was pretty tight (in a good way), so it took a little pulling to get it to stretch over the original arm rests, but it is an exact fit. Really happy with this solution, since reupholstering with real leather was really expensive.
