Love our Toto! It is a great toilet. I’ve never had a toilet flush so effectively. We are in our fifties and the height of it is fine for two taller people which was something I was emphatic about when ordering new fixtures for the two bathrooms. We have the Toto bidet seat added on and the only problem is I didn’t read the description well while I was purchasing for our home build and it was a smaller seat configuration. After all is said and done on that much purchasing and trying to plan, some things are fine the way they are even if they aren’t perfect. It works for us. We’ve lived the house for just over a year and I think we did have to order a gasket or something for some leaking inside the tank but the company sent that to us no charge and it went in super easy and no problems since then. But be aware that it doesn’t come with its own seat (I did know that) and the seat will need to be the smaller, rounder one.

It's a great product, a great little toilet, I've bought 3 direct from plumbing companies, but Amazon clear;ly doesn't know how to package something heavy like this! Broken!

I just just installed two of these toilets; one round and one elongated. We were weary of toilets that needed to be flushed multiple times and still not doing the job, so after a little research decided on the TOTO tornado flush units. Very pleased. They do the job! Only downside is they do not have 2 stage flushing. Both came well packed with no breakage. Deliveries varied from original promise dates, but that was just a minor inconvenience for us. One came two days early the other 6 days late. Make sure to order everything you need: such as the wax ring or bottom seal, supply line, compression ring (if using metal supply line), and toilet seat if not included. Both toilets installed easily. Tools I used were socket wrench, flat screwdriver, open end wrench, channel locks, putty knife, disposable gloves. I prefer chromed brass supply lines, so I also used a tubing cutter and a tubing bender.

This toilet is fantastic as far as performance. It uses the same amount of water as my other toilets but has almost twice the flush and much easier to clean because of the vortex technology. It doesn't use those tiny sprinkle holes that are a nightmare to clean and often clog. It has one giant point of entry. Only thing I would beware of is that the bowl will often come cracked from shipping. First round delivered the bowl in a pile of shards I kid you not. Returning this heavy load was not a pleasant experience. Second round delivered the bowl whole but had a few shards glued together. Barely noticeable on delivery but noticeable over time, the cracks show up dark, so you get this nice big crack line all across your bowl.

This is the best flushing toilet in our house! And, it stays clean longer because it rinses itself! I bought it to replace a toilet that didn't flush well. So finicky! I tried several different adjustments. Still finicky. After doing some research, I found this! It flushes great! Now the other 2 toilets in our house seem inferior. Eventually, I might replace them. If you get a good one, you'll be happy! If you get a broken one, just send it back and get a good one. Mine was well packaged! It showed up in excellent condition. Plenty of packing foam. I gave it a couple of months before I reviewed it. So far so good. Very happy!

My installer was impressed that the fittings were aligned in an easy to install manner. The rear of the base sits considerably closer to the wall and existing water valve, which may make cleaning behind it a challenge, however, the overall look of the toilet is neat and clean. Be aware that the wax ring and bolts are not included. The toilet flushes smoothly and efficiently, so much better than the 30 year old one it replaced and the bowl seems to stay clean.

Only received the tank and not the bowl.

Highly recommended. Was concerned that it would be damaged during shipping. Packed very very well. No damage. Toilet was easy to install and works great. Love the whirlpool flush system. Fantastic toilet at a fair price.
