It came wrapped well in bubble wrap. My functional med doc prescribed this to me for mold exposure in the sinuses, 2 sprays 2x day. I've noticed I don't have the headaches as often. Will purchase again.

I tried the different CS solutions maybe a decade ago and determined this was the best formulation and concentration. So I've been using this for years and buying the big refills to fill up the spray bottles. I still can't believe the number of people that are catching stuff around me and have never heard of CS ! As recently as 2 months ago I outright bought this for a lady I see at work who was oblivious .. and come to think of it, she never did thank me ... anyway. This stuff is great, as soon as you feel a twinge or a tickle in your throat, you hit this 3 times in each nostril and 9 times out of 10, no, I'm gonna say 95 times out of 100... it's done, finis. over. It's my first line of defense. Highly recommended.

Wow! This was prescribed for me to remove colonized mold from my sinuses after long term exposure. Wow! The first day I used the recommended 5 squirts and it burned but my sinuses opened up quickly and the swelling reduced. The next night it still burned but not as much. Will buy again. Anyone who has lived in mold should use.

Ordered this before, package was sopping wet so I threw it away since it was leaking. It’s not eligible for return. Decided to try again hoping it was a fluke and it’s wet again! I opened iuo the plastic wrapping and there’s broken glass all inside the plastic wrap. This stuff isn’t cheap - I’ve now wasted $45 on an expensive broken bottle of product that isn’t returnable. Do not buy from here.

My husband keeps one in his work backpack and one at home. I have one that I keep in my handbag too. Use it twice a day. Be prepared and stock up.

This is great and helped a lot. But I found out I have emf sensitivity and silver is a magnet for emf fields so I couldn’t continue

I ordered this in the past and love the product. So I ordered some for a friend. They shipped a GLASS bottle wrapped in a SINGLE layer of foam in a padded ENVELOPE. Not surprisingly, it arrived smashed. Got my $ back. Reordered. They sent it THE SAME WAY! smashed again! Hopefully Amazon will fix this process so people can get this good product.

So the jury is still out on if it works as I have only had two doses, but it does seem to open my sinuses a little bit and does so immediately. I am trying to clear up some leftover COVID inflammation in my sinuses so it has its work cut out for it! I was pleased to find out it doesn’t taste weird in the back of your throat like Flonase. I am also pleased that it does not burn, it feels like a fine mist of purified water. Actually less irritating than a saline rinse. Very hopeful that it will improve my chronically swollen turbinids that I had before COVID.
