The charm is beautiful and it’s a gift for my step daughter who just lost her Grandmother.The chain however is unusable it’s got a knot in it and I cannot take it out. Usually I have no issues with knots in chains I cannot give this to my stepdaughter like this.

Great little keepsake, the chain is very thin and small and the cross is quite bulky.

What can i say about this. We purchased this for as friend as she had lost her Cat at the age of eighteen(passed away). We found a photo of her and the cat in a very memorable photo. We did this as a surprise and wasnt worried about the delivery time. If i remember correctly it was 2-3 weeks. When it arrived a briefly had a look through it to see how the image projected and could be seen. The quality was not perfect by any means and there were some minor blemeshis in the image. But overall for the cost very accetable. We forwarded this to our friend who at first didnt realise there was an image inside. When she realised what was hidden inside the flood gates opened. What we ended up with was as friends that we had done something nice for her and she had something very important to her that she could keep close to her heart.

After being sent the wrong necklace design, they were easy to contact and a replacement was sent. The photo is not as good quality as the first one, possibly rushed but still a very nice product. Not sure I would use again.

really great service from this company. The first necklace came but was completely damaged, contacted the seller and within a few hours I received a great response. They sent another necklace free of charge. The necklace came as expected.
