I'd like to use this product on a fibre glas pool. Do I need to sand the existing gel coat and use a primer first. if so. what is the best primers

All I can tell you, I used it in a concrete pond, the paint was strong smelling but easy to use. I would give them a ring and ask, very nice company in Wolverhampton helpful.

Would this be ok to use inside a chest freezer ( for ice bath use) ozone will be used for sanitation?

No,I don't think that's a good idea.....it sticks well on plastered surfaces
