I have been allergic to the hand wash and creams at work due to COVID and this has made my hands soft and not peeling anymore. Lasts long and a few of my colleagues have tried it and have now got the set, our hands have never been softer.

I really like this set - the handcream soaks in well and doesn't leave my hands feeling greasy at all. The wash is also great for me, someone who washes my hands several times an hour! Plus the fragranced set I got is really nice. This is a lovely gift set, something I will add onto my wish list for future purchases as unfortunately I couldn't justify the cost on a regular basis.

This is a set of three items from the Nursem brand. They are designed by people with experience of nursing and who suffered from sore hands from repeated washing and using alcohol based /heavy chemical based products on their hands. Thus Nursem was born of a need.I have their alcohol free hand sanitizer spray which is wonderful on my hands as doesnt even sting if I have been gardening and have a nettle rash for example on my hands.This set includes hand soap designed to use water and sit by a sink, and two types of hand protection. A thinner lotion in a tube which soaks in quick, and an emoliant type thick cream which is in a pot and requires more time to soak in.All products are mild and do not irritate even chapped skin and they made my skin feel softer from the get go.If you have either a need to wash hands a lot and want to prevent drying out of skin, or have skin issues, or just do not want skin issues then this is THE brand to use.

I received a very exciting set for testing.It contains two different hand creams and an antiseptic hand wash.The creams have a very pleasant texture and are not greasy.They are really effective for the skin.My nail was pretty chipped. The cream completely fixed it.The hand wash has a slightly chemical smell, but you can get used to it after a while. The package includes 3 products: a hand wash, a hand cream in a tube, and a very thick cream in a tub.They are all lovely and works really good for working hands like mine. For 30 years, I have been constantly taking care of the house with loads of detergents. I also spend lots of time gardening.... so you can imagine how bad my hands look like.I have been using these products for two weeks and now I would swear by them...I am not claiming that now I have cinderella hands, but they do definitely look much smoother, most cracks are healing and redness is soothing.The price of £30 for the set is a bit expensive but there is an reasonable reason for that. For every product you buy, a nurse or a midwife receives a month's worth of free Nursem.

I have been using Nursem for treating my dry hands for a few years and I can't recommend their products enough. This gift set includes 3 different products - Caring Hand Cream 75ml, Caring Hand Wash 300ml and Caring Skin Fix 50 ml.This gift set is perfect for people with very dry and problematic skin. The hand cream is rich and creamy and absorbs into your skin quickly, leaving your hands feeling soft, nourished and hydrated.The hand wash lathers really nicely and feels very soft and leaves your hands really moisturized and feeling supple and clean.The Caring Skin Fix is meant to be used before going to bed to protect and restore your skin overnight. It is extremely rich and moisturising, leaving my dry areas soft in the morning.

These products come in a fairly utilitarian cardboard box, and the individual packaging is quite basic too. They are aimed at people who have sore hands after excess washing, which is a lot of us right now! In the set you get a hand soap, a normal hand lotion and an intensive hand cream.The soap is mild and gentle, and the hand lotion is pleasant enough to use, though doesn't seem to be any more effective than other cheaper hand lotions. The intensive cream did not produce results on split skin even after several days of use, and wasn't as effective as Sudocrem. On the plus side, none of the products cause a stinging sensation, even on cuts. I'm not sure that they are effective enough to justify the high price though.
