WÜSTHOF Classic IKON Blackwood 8" Chef's Knife

As none of the stores near me carry Wusthof knives I depended on Amazon to ship me a couple of versions so I could try out the handle before buying. This series is perfect for me - with the thicker IKON handle in BLACKWOOD (real wood). I returned this so to buy the three-pce. set AND all the other knives in the series. TY TY TY

This is the knife I have been looking for. This knife is super sharp, which is what I want. If I knew these knives were this good, I would have been purchase one of these knives. Wusthof makes a helluva kitchen knife.

Super Messer, damit macht kochen Spaß

This is a quality knife and makes me want to prepare more food. It took me a couple days to get used to it (having used another good knife for years) but I really appreciate it. It is not cheap, but it is true quality that you can feel, so worth it especially since I use it every day. Not regretting it any time soon

Absolutely gorgeous. I am not a chef and i definitely dont do enough cooking to own one of these. I am simply a knife enthusiast. I simply purchased this because i wanted something beautiful made and something for cool factor. I own about $5000 of hard abuse camping knives. I think this knife is beautiful made. Razor sharp out the box. Sounds beautiful to even tap on the blade. If u have a friend or family member who cooks. This would be an amazing gift.
