I've been taking these for a few months. I do actually notice a difference with my hair. It seems thicker and more wavy. It's a slight improvement.I do notice my skin seems a little more oily than normal but not an extreme amount. I normally have dry skin anyway. I'd definitely recommend these!

These have a very, VERY mild flavor and each gummy is coated in sugar. So there isn't much of a taste outside of the sugar flavor. If you don't mind that then it won't matter.

These are fine with a lot of biotin. The taste is OK, not too sweet like some competitors. I live part-time in the Phoenix area and I'm reluctant to order products like this because the heat in the summer turns them into a big ball of Play-Dough. I got them at another address and they were OK but they were softer than I would have thought. Although this product comes in a child proof container when I opened the shipping bag I found that the lid was off, the protective seal was off, and about 80% of the gummies were out of the jar.

Biotin has changed my life. I was never able to grow my nails and try as I might, my hair just wasn't quite healthy enough. Introducing Biotin has changed all of that, my nails are long and strong, my hair is unbelievably healthy. Just two a day, the taste is wonderful and I am happy.
