The ristras was fine. I looked at one in box. However, I did not need them . My daughter bought some for me unknown to me. I never saw any notice that my purchase was not returnable. I never even took them from the box. I returned them within 48 hours. I never removed them from original packing. I am sorry for your inconvenience.

Great quality and packing! Each chile was individually wrapped in bubble wrap. Looks beautiful in my kitchen.

Looked long time prior to buying. Most were plastic or ugly color. I'm happy with my purchase. Was pricy. Mexican restaurant has some and manager said I could probably find some for $20. These were double that.

This looks beautiful and came well packaged. You should know that it is very heavy and difficult to hang as there is nothing provided.However, once I got it up I am very happy with the look.

Love it! Bright, shiny and looks great in the kitchen...or wherever you decide to put it! Came in very protective packaging.

They were perfect for the area where we put them. The peppers are a little heavy, but with the proper hanger they fit perfectly.
