I’ve repurchased several times. I use it daily as a preventative and I swear it has helped as someone who use to have so many urinary issues. Definitely recommend. Easy to swallow and works well!

Okay so here it goes - I tried 2 brands before I tried this one and none were as effective as these ones. I have a UTI now and I feel no pain or burning after one day of use and I think I have a pretty bad case of an UTI now. The only thing I should clarify is that my doctor told me that I have to take much more pills per day if it's a bad UTI. I'm not from the USA and I'm here as a tourist so I can see my doctor in a week from now. This works!!! My doctor said I should take 2 pills every 3 to 4 hours since it was extremely painful and uncomfortable. Basically, the point is to have a consistent and steady amount of D mannose in your bladder throughout the day, so you can flush the bacteria every time you pee. Each time you empty your bladder, you pee out a part of the protection layer/amount of the dissolved product in your system so if you have a more serious case as mine, you might want to ask your doctor for guidance about the dosage. I'm so relieved that it doesn't hurt anymore and I will be buying this for all the ladies in my family that have often UTIs. Definitely recommend!

I’ve been an avid UTI prone person ever since I was 16. Antibiotics stopped working for me. The only thing that worked was uqora. I read an article stating how uqora was over priced and only had one active ingredient to cure UTIs in it. Hence why I bought this supposedly being the only “active” ingredient of uqora and trying to find a cheaper alternative. This works- however not as fast uqora and def doesn’t have any discomfort relief until the UTI is completely gone. It took about 4-5 days for the uti to be completely gone and the first 3 days I didn’t feel any relief. I still had lower abdominal pain and constant need to pee. So with that being said I do not believe Uqoras only active ingredient is this. Uqora provides fast acting relief of the lower area discomfort within a matter of minutes with their “water dissolvable power” and provides 1 or 2 days max of UTI completely gone with their tablets. It IS expensive so if you are on a budget then get this. It is a great alternative to those who cannot afford to spend 40 bucks on 5 uqoras powder baggies and another 40 on tablets. And they obviously do not last long until you need to repurchase. However if you can afford it without it hurting your budget I would def suggest uqora over these. Pros: -it works - cheaper alternative to uqora - more pills for your money than uqora Cons: - doesn’t work fast - doesn’t provide any discomfort relief - you have to take a lot to get rid of UTI completely

Finally, something that works for my UTI. After 2 days of taking this i felt relief right away. I had been battling with recurring UTI and infections and I am worried if i keep using antibiotics as it might cause antibiotic resistance. I’d been taking this for a little of a week already and it’s the first time after months of UTI that there is no pain. I tried other cranberry supplements and as well probiotics and this one seems to work best if i combine it with my probiotics. I’m going to keep buying this and i plan on taking this daily. Worth the price. I’m doing a subscription for this.

I am in menopause I keep going to the dr thinking I have a uti . My bladder is irritated and I’m always getting them . This was a godsend , I take these everyday and if I forget my bladder let’s me know and I take 2 I’m all good . It’s amazing and starts to work right away. My bladder leaks too sometimes if I laugh or sneeze too hard . These help with that also .

The item was great, the delivery was awful - the driver just left a pile of boxes to different places units on a counter in the lobby - luckily it was not stolen but deliveries are usually made to the mailboxesd or front doors.
