Excellent chocolate, you can't do much better than Ghirardelli, it's also good value and I love using it in my baking!

Wow! What a chocolate! I eat it by itself. It is great. I expected it to be more bitter based on the reviews, but it actually taste rich and is definitely high quality. If you love dark chocolate with no sugar in it, this is it. Definitely you have have to have a palate to enjoy it if not used to eat it. Amazing product. Honestly, very impressed.
