There's a lot to be said for having extra paring knives. If someone wants to help, have an extra knife to hand them :-) These are plenty sharp new, take an edge well once they're dull, and hold an edge as well as, say, victorinox knives. Better than needed for paring knives. These might be great as steak knives, with the caveat that you might have to sharpen them at 20 degrees for the edge to stand up to being clunked into a plate over and over

My girlfriend was tired of using bigger knives 🔪 for snacks and quick items in the kitchen. so she asked me to buy her some smaller knives that would work easily for her in the mornings and for snack time. So I bought these ones and they are working out perfectly! She has been using them almost every day now and She absolutely loves Them. I’m glad I purchased these ones in particular because my daughter who is 6 and has previous knife skills can use these ones as well. and I can’t complain, because both my girls are happy. So I’m probably gonna buy another pack. Great product. sharp little knives.

Very sharp blade, great size for cutting smaller items, for peeling or cutting most fruits and veggies. I wanted a knife just for that. I’ve only use them for a couple of weeks but so far the knives have stayed sharp and I’ve had no issues. For the price it’s definitely a good buy!
