Like a lot of people have said, once you put any real weight on them, they just spin making it useless for farmers walks as they throw of your balance, tweak your back and beat up your legs.Useless for farmer walks but pretty good for shrugs which is why they get 2 stars

Nit what I expected
It stated ot was able to hold 400lbs of weight but it can't even hold that on within the chains

Great Investment for the Home Gym
Great investment. The quality is pretty good. The only thing is the plate does drag on the ground a little bit while doing farmers carries, but that's only because i'm a short dude (5 foot 6in) lmao.

Bad quality control
I don't know why, but one chain came shorter than the other. Wish both chains were on the longer side so I could add more plates.Update:Seller reached out and sent me a replacement set. The chains are of equal length. Good customer service. Would recommend.

Decent starter gear
These were good for lighter weight but tend to rotate and bounce off the legs. Once I started doing farmers walks with over 100lbs per hand i no longer felt safe using these as I didn't like always trying to twist my wrists to correct which way the weights were twisting, it took my focus off what I was doing and I didn't want to risk injury.If you like to do lighter weight further distance these are OK but for pushing your limits consistently I would reccomend spending double for something sturdier.I'm still left with great handles for cable exercises but no longer use these for what they are advertised for.
