GlowShift Tinted 7 Color 260F Transmission Temp Gauge Kit, 2-1/16" 52mm

Perfect for my 4l60e in my 1995 chevy blazer. You will need to purchase the stubby temp sensor separately for the 4l60e. The one they send you is to long. The gauge is high quality and works great. I can easily look down and see what my trans temp is.

Great functionality however the ones that are white look brighter than these ones, still great results regardless.

I purchased four of these various gauges and they're worth every penny. I really like the customizing color capability. They fit perfectly in the GlowShift Pillar Pod too. Instructions were very simple and easy to follow. Customer support was also extremely helpful as I had to contact them for the following reason....After installing all the gauges and testing them I could not get the gauges to change colors. Also, on two of the four gauges the button for changing colors would not depress. Technical support stated that the buttons would not depress because I turned/adjusted the gauges from the outside bezel ring, which turns the bezel ring just slightly and jams the button. As instructed I pulled the gauges out of the pod just enough so I could grab the gauge from the main body and turn it to align as need and turn the bezel back to release the pressure from the button. The buttons then worked properly but the colors still did not change due to the second reason stated by tech support. The instructions inform the user to use a 3 amp fuse if wiring directly to the battery such as I did. Instead of running 4 lines and 4 fuses I ran one main line (fused) from the battery and into the pod. I then tied each gauge into the main line. This proved to be another problem in proper operation since the 3 amp fuse was not enough for all 4 gauges. I replaced the 3 amp fuse with a 7.5 amp and everything works great. It would have been nice to have this information about the bezel ring and wiring method added to the sheet instructions but the tech support was great.

I bought this gauge primarily because of the price point, and I thought it looked really cool. The reviews were kinda iffy, but most of the issues seemed to be wiring related. I took great care with my wiring at the sender & at the gauge, and I’ve never had a hint of an issue with the gauge. It always remembers my selected color, wakes up & does the self test when it powers up, and generally does everything you need a gauge to do. 10/10, definitely recommend. I’m so pleased that I bought another one for a different jeep.

To view the gauge face better, don't get this tinted version. I think the bad reviews due to function is because of people not getting the sender down, into the trans fluid or, mis wiring the gauge. These aren't expensive, high quality. I have trans temp, vac and tach. to help monitor during towing.

Function exactly as it should. Tech support was amazing. I had an issue where the light would turn on and then turn off and stay off. Come to find out the face has twisted and pushed and held the button in. Great company to deal with.

Good quality kit, i've been pleased so far. I like that the color is adjustable so I can match my other gauges. However, it does not remember the color I set it to when restarting the vehicle, so I have to reset it every time.

Received it this afternoon and installed it this evening. I am impressed. It looks good and works good. I used a hole saw to cut a 2” hole in my dash the filed the hole slightly to open it up to fit the 52mm gauge. I also used the bracket that comes with it to hold the gauge tight in the dash. Wiring was straight forward. I have an old 1992 ford e250 camper van so access for wiring was generous. Sensor mounted right into the transmission test port on the side of the transmission case.

Nice gauge, had some issues wiring it initially but it was simply operator error. Once wired up it functions as it should. Nice colour selections and the dimming function is nice too. Worked great on my Ram 3500.

3rd gauge I have bought from glowshift. Their quality is good and the instructions are very easy to understand. Would order from them again
