A very well made Ethernet cable. Works as expected and has a solid "connect" on either end. I especially like the cable connector's color (Red).Use this particular cable to connect my modem "out" to my router WAN in. The connector color assures easy connection to the correct port.One area I do wish the manufacturer would look into is to offer more choices in size lengths. I really needed a 14ft. length for cable management, but also wanted a red cable for this installation. The cable isn't completely red but the connectors are what is normally seen.Solid red cable with the correct length was not readily available for quick shipment and I tried many places!Obviously, I just purchased the cable and can not say anything relative to the longevity of service but it looks like it should last for a long time.Hope this helps in future purchases.Edit: The lock in device on one end of the cable has already broken off. The connector is just setting in the modem output port and easily comes out with any movement. Guess the cable is not as well made as I originally thought.Except for the length think I made a good choice!

Absolutely amazing product! Incredible value compared to other cables, especially for the quality. I can attest to it being weatherproof and durable because I've used it without it being buried for over a month now (I know, I'm lazy), and we've had both rain and snow. The best part is, it's actually increased my speeds! I pay for fiber (up to 1 GBPs) and somehow, after using this, I've started hitting 1.6 gbps on average!It is about 5 feet shy for my purposes, so I had to get creative, but that's my fault for trying to be cheap and go with 100 ft instead of 150. Make sure you measure!

We don’t have internet in our area because the ISP said there are no more available ports, whatever that means. I have internet, but my son next door can’t get it, so we use it to connect him to my internet. Sorry Consolidated, fix the problem and this wouldn’t be necessary! It runs across the grass, from house to house, but really should be buried. The previous one never wore out; our mower just accidentally ran over it and THAT cut it. Highly recommend.

Have been using this cable for a few years now. Installed partially outside in the CA sun and rain. No problems so far! Highly recommend!

The cable works great and has a solid, steady signal despite direct burial in my case.The only problem is that in the end, an ethernet cable is an ethernet cable, so the tab that holds it in inevitably broke off.Of course it still works, it's just annoying.

I’m usually not impressed with cables but, these cables take the cake. Just got 7 50’ and 4 100’ cables. I run a mobile video production company where we lay the cables down and take them up about twice a week. First off unrolling the cables for the first time was a breeze. No snags. That was a first. Next tested the cables between 2 computers with 10G nic cards and 4GBs ssd raid in both machines. The results were amazing with sustained throughput of 850MB/s and bursts of 1.5GB/s. Those results are what I achieve with a fiber link. Wow! I was impressed. Other cat7 cables I’ve used would burst at 750MB/s and sustain about 600MB/s. I would highly recommend these cables and will be buying many more. Thanks for the great product. Worth the money.

Just installed this from my ground lvl floor to my basement through a window because im too lazy to drill a jole and check for beams and blah blah blah, didnt test it. Plugged both ends in, worked. Checked the rated speeds i was getting and got just what i expected, though my pc can only detect up to 10gbps it shows up and works fine. Getting 1gbps because of my router but this is future proof. (Disclamer this is rated for like 100gbps, i hav no doubt it does run at full speeds). Great for upgrading your home for the next generarion of internet speeds as cat 7 is both backwards compatible and a newer format which will be adopted as normal in the next 10 years. Would definitly be suitable for a burial. 11/10 would buy for no reason again.

Bought this cable back in July of 2018. No issues since then, works as intended (1Gbps connection, no PoE). It is running outside of the house and getting all of the California sun (a lot) and rain (not too much). Cable itself is very sturdy and connectors are of good quality. There are reviews complaining about quality of connectors, well, you can break anything, however connectors is something you can easily fix. I haven't found that they are bad and 1.5 years later they are still intact (original, never reterminated). I'm a network engineer and consider this cable of better quality than a lot of cables that I use in data centers.

I bought this because I have an old finished house and it would be a pain to run cables in the walls. Also, my PC doesn't have wifi anyways as it is meant for gaming. This cable runs from inside our basement, up the siding outside, and back into the second storey, then along the floor until it reaches the computer. I haven't had any problems with it for months, and we have -30 degree Celsius weather here, and sun beating on it the rest of the time. It is high speed, and the black looks professional. It also came with little clips which is nice - they are plastic with little nails. I didn't use the nails but rather used them with screws I already had to drill into the siding which worked well, so that is a nice bonus which wasn't in the description. I imagine it would work fine underground as well, though I haven't tried that. If you are running it underground, perhaps to a garage, make sure you put it in a conduit, so that people don't cut through it with a shovel. Telus didn't, and I cut through their line while digging a trench. Luckily it was their fault for not putting it in one, and for not having it where they told us it was.P.S. when you are running it through holes, tape the head so you don't wreck it. If you have to pull it back, the spring will act as a fishing hook and you won't get it back out. If you tape it to some stiff wire even better, then you can pass it through walls easily.TLDR: Works great even in cold winter, high speed, accurate length, comes with little clips with nails to help mounting.

This is very good quality solid cable.it is very high speed internet cable.i had ongoing wifi problem in my house because my modem was in the end of the house.now i moved in the middle of the house.i directly hook up the ethernet cable to my iptv box and second one to pc upstairs. and third one to the security camera dvr .it is unbelievable internet speed change to my pc on second floor.before i was getting only 25 to 45 mbps speed with the wifi.now i am getting 500 mbps steady.i highly recommend these cables.the only thing seller should do included the cable clips in every pack. first one i bought 30 feet no clips.second one i bought 65 feet no clips.third one i bought 50 feet came with 50 clips and some ties. VERY NICE I WAS PLEASED WITH THIS PACKAGE.it was not a big deal i bought some clips for home depot but i had to go far away to get it.it would been very nice if they include the clips in every pack. even increase the price by buck or so.i will update my review after the winter i don't know how it will react as i installed it from out side my house.
