I'm reviewing this after having gone through the whole bottle. I've been recommended supplements like this by my doctor to help improve my mood, and have tried others in the past. This one did just as well as the ones I've previously taken.The capsules were easy to swallow, had no weird taste or anything of the sort, and based on the ingredients, everything seemed to be of decent quality. I can’t really make any statement for or against this product. After using it for a few weeks I haven’t noticed any changes. Not to say that this product doesn’t work, just that I didn’t experience any noticeable changes.
