Shoeslulu20-47" Premium Oxfords Chukka Desert Boot Flat Shoelaces

I got some fun shoes that came with round laces. They were sort of boat-shoe-ish which I normally wear as slip ons. However, the round laces kept coming untied and the original laces were also about 6 inches too long. I looked locally and it appears that no one sells them in a store any more. Amazon came to the rescue. I wanted a color match and the photo was quite accurate, length is exactly what I needed and delivered overnight. WIN-WIN-WIN

These shoelaces are very high quality with a nice cotton feel. They're not waxed, which is a good thing for non-dress shoes (sneakers). I was surprised at how thin they are. The shoestrings they replaced were a bit wider, giving the tied shoe more of a flat, clean look.

Good quality and timely delivery. But the color is not really brown....closer to orange/yellow thab brown, beige. I bought these for classic desert boots. I'll use them but color could still have been better.

I ordered the "Bitter Chocolate" color (new laces on the left shoe) and love how it elevates the shoes. The 19.5 inch was slightly too small for the shoe but that was my fault.

After 4 years, the laces on my Clarks Desert Boots finally ripped while I was lacing them up. After looking for short, flat, brown laces in many stores, I finally gave up and decided to buy them here. I went with the 28" in British Tan and I love the way they look. This length is great for the desert boots, the loops do not drag on the ground when I walk or anything. I would think the 20" would have been too short, although other reviews indicate they aren't. They are not the exact same color as the original laces that came with my beeswax shoes, but the contrast is awesome and they don't look out of place at all. These laces are also a bit thicker, which I actually prefer. They seem to be high quality and I'm confident they will last the rest of the life of the shoes.

First off, they are $7... yes you can get cheaper laces for your shoes... 10+ times before spending the same amount... BUT these are good quality. They fit the shoes very well. The beeswax brown is not at all what I expected in color... very orangey. I hated them at first... but they are slowly growing on me. I still don’t like them... but they are tolerable now.Don’t get orangey beeswax brown. Much more orange than pics online.

They were so short I had only about 3” of lace to tie. There isn’t much to like. Not recommended.

After a little scuffle in a parking lot during a night out at the bar my Clark's got pretty beat up to say the least. Their quality shows as the shoe's held up, but the shoelaces sadly did not as they frayed and broke. After finding these here on Amazon and reading the reviews about the proper length I decided to order the 28". They are perfect. I honestly believe these are the shoelaces that should come with the clark's instead of the floss they send you. They're heavy duty with a robust design that can survive abuse, they also just look better on the shoe than the original pair. Definitely going to buy these to replace any shoelaces on my boots in the future.
