Great vitamin!
When I switched to this brand, I noticed a DRAMATIC 180 improvement within three days of using the product. I used to subscribe to QVC's Nature's Code Woman's vitamin pack, as it was a product that offered a lot of bang for your buck. I got a bit soured on it as it does contain dyes, synthetics, and definitely not organic. While their vitamins did improve my general health overall, I was a bit leery of the overage on some of the ingredients and the fact that it would keep me wide awake at night, temporary nausea, hypertensive, and get fluttery palpitations. I actually wrote to QVC asking if these are normal side effects and they said I might be sensitive to the green tea extract and to take it earlier in the day. No change. I do take the New Chapter Energy/Diet supplement that contains A LOT more green tea extract and it does not keep me up at night. Hmmmmm...There are a few things I really love about this product compared to the QVC edition:1.) It is MUCH more conservative and lower dosed in the Vitamin B1, B2, B6, and B12 areas. A lot of side effects of overdosing on Vitamin B are all of the ones I listed above when I took the QVC brand. And guess what? They ALL disappeared when I started this brand.2.) One knock I have is the calcium, and that is okay. I use the New Chapter Bone Strength Take Care to make up the deficit and I'm fine with shelling the extra $$$ (do the subscribe and save program with Amazon).3.) It has half the iron amount of 9mg versus QVC's 18mg, which is perfectly fine. Think of the things you eat during the day that contain iron and it'll push you way over that 100% value. That little push over might be causing internal havoc as iron overdosing is super dangerous. I'm much more comfortable with it doing less than more in this area.4.) It has Vitamin K1 and K2! Those vitamins are non-existent in the QVC brand and I honestly had no idea how beneficial they are. They are great for the bone structure, cardiovascular health, healthier skin, brain function, and highly beneficial for the intestinal flora. As someone that was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis a couple years back, I noticed a night and day change and no more stomach ailments as well. Something definitely changed and I'm pretty sure having the help of these vitamins were the missing link. Another sigh of relief is to know that these vitamins are documented to reduce arterial calcification, which was a contributor to my dad's untimely passing at 42 years old.5.) It contains copper, which is known for cardiovascular, skeletal, nervous system, connective tissue, and a helper to break down iron. Manganese is added, which is helpful to clear out free radicals that cause damage to our cells. The various herbal blends that benefit on various levels from cardio to immune support is a major bonus. The turmeric extract added into this is a giant plus, as that is an herb that counteracts Alzheimer's and is a commonly found ingredient in Indian cooking.Granted I've only had the product for less than a week, the changes have definitely made me a believer in this product. I can't express enough importance into researching about what you are taking in with multi-vitamins because too much of a good thing can definitely cause "bodily warnings" that you should not ignore. Thank you, New Chapter and Amazon, for having this superior product available.

It is hard to say if I have noticed a difference since I began using this. I would add that I have not taken them consistently and I am trying to so I can determine if it is making a difference.

Wonderful Multi
Great product. Helps with sleep, energy and well-being. I prefer this formula over the "one per day" multivitamin made by the same company (New Chapter) since it seems having the two per day formula provides more whole foods and greens. I grind two of these tablets up in a smoothie which works great for me since I don't swallow tablets. Worth noting, it seems that sometimes I will get a bottle of this that has lots of broken tablets in it which may be an issue for you if you are bent on swallowing them.
