There are 2 plugs on inverter that run to the tube lights. PROS: 1. easy to install 2. nice and bright compared to other products 3. nice long cable from on/off switch to inverter CONS: 1. You can only place the 2 lights a limited distance apart. The 2 cables from the inverter to the tube lights could be a few inches longer. If you have a full tower case, you will need to plan carefully. If you have a full tower case, I would recommend buying 2 of these (4 tube lights & 2 on/off switches) I had purchased 2m led rope lights that did not light up the case adequately. I purchased these tube lights as a brighter solution...much brighter than the led rope lights. Review: Easy installation and a good bargain. - These were incredibly easy to install, and they look great inside of my Corsair 300R case. Very bright, and easy on/off switch to install in the back pci slot. I was hoping the same when I ordered, but don't get me wrong these cathodes are pretty sweet. You can pick up a sound control module for around 5-10 so no worries :) **Q: Does this blink on and off with the music is playing ?** A: CLK12BL2 does not blink on off when the music is playing. **Q: Just how bright are these? I assume there is no way to control that? I don't want it to light up my office like a strange blue sun... I think.** A: Unfortunately, there is no way to dim these lights, but I would say they are not overly bright. If you're going to use them in a room that has other lighting, these should be just fine. My PC has a clear side panel, where these cathodes are installed. These are very bright and make my case look amazing! Comes with Velcro strips to attach it to the sides of your case. I gave it 5 stars despite what I said about the burnt out tube.
