I was a little worried seeing other reviews that said their came with pages done but mine looks brand new. I gave this as a gift so I can't speak on whether or not it's fun or therapeutic to do, but the prompts seemed interesting and fun for the most part (some of them were a little gross like paint a page with food stains, smear with dirt, or something like that where I'd personally skip it to keep the book more hygienic or do those prompts last). However, the majority of the prompts seemed creative and artistically destructive (like making a collage out of torn up paper, dotting with ink stains, or poking holes in the pages). I think if you have an artistic streak or just want an excuse to rip up some paper and mess up a "book", this would be a fun activity. Also seems like it'll last for a while, even if you did a prompt each day it would last at least a couple months. Prompts are appropriate for pretty much any age, as long as someone is old enough to be trusted with scissors and paints/colors they could do this book.
