It said in the ad it was 19 inches. It is only 16 1/2 inches
The quality is good - picutre, graphics, etc. just fine. But the size is not. The description on this said 19 inches. It was only 1 1/2 inches wider than my old monitor, which was 15 inches. So, it is well under 19 inches. If you want a 19 inch monitor, do NOT buy this one.

Worth it
It works perfect for my second monitor in my home office setup. I was a little hesitant in what I got for my 2nd monitor, but this works perfect for me and my needs.

Stand would not tilt
The monitor seemed to be ok from a picture quality but the stand was useless. The tilt mechanism on the stand would not adjust no matter how hard I tried. I thought I was going to break it. If you let go of the monitor it would fall over because it was stuck tilted all the way forward. I returned it for another one and it was the same. I see where other people have had the same problem. I returned both of them and went with another brand. Very poor quality control at the manufacturer.

Defective tilt mechanism.
This monitor arrived today, about two weeks after ordering it. I was very disappointed when the tilt mechanism did not work. When mounted correctly, the monitor leaned forward and would not stand up at all. (Another reviewer had this same problem.) We called HP tech support and learned it appeared to be a manufacturer defect. He instructed us to return it to AMAZON. AMAZON readily allowed the return.
