It's my favorite vitamins! Works great for me and here's less money than other places.

This is more of an anecdote than a review. I've been taking these vitamins for years, they make me feel more energetic, I love them. If I take them at night they keep me up, so I take them in the morning, all three pills, after breakfast.I recently found out that I am accidentally pregnant, and I take an epilepsy drug that causes neural tube defects in unborn babies. You avoid it by taking folic acid in high doses, around 4-5 mgs. I was worried because I thought I hadn't been taking any. WRONG. These pills have 800 mcgs of folate in them. That's not the high recommended dose, but it's SOMETHING, so I actually have been taking folic acid before and through conception. May have saved my baby. Do yourself a favor and take these vitamins, they are the most complete I've found.

The vitamins are great. I have ordered these vitamins before and really like them. I did not like the Ontrac delivery service though. The driver just threw the package (a padded paper bag) across the property. It landed in a muddy spot. Front gate was open. No dogs or pets out front. Luckily I was out back feeding the animals when the driver made the delivery. So I came around the house to see him leaving and found my package in the grass with mud on it.

Easy to swallow and noticed a huge improvement in my energy. I will be purchasing this product again.

I was very excited to take this supplement. I have only used prenatal gummy vitamins or my kids gummy vitamins. I wanted to be more of an adult and take an actual womans vitamin. Ultimate Woman Gold was highly recommended by several websites and I'm familiar with this brand, which makes me feel comfortable about buying from them.However what I failed to look at, and forgot all about, was palitibility. I feel like that is a very important thing. If you hate the way it tastes, then you won't take it. I opened the bottle, smelled them and immediately regretted it. No one in my family thinks they smell good. The bottle says it has a natural vanilla flavor, but that's not what the tablets smell or taste like. I really can't explain what it is. Perhaps this is what a multivitamin/multimineral supplement is? If so then I may just stick to the gummy vitamins. Because even coating them in peanut butter and bread can't mask the flavor, although it makes it tolerable.Not only that, but the tablets are large (which I figured they would be) and you have to take 3 of them a day. I'm on day 3 right now and have only managed 2 tablets a day. The pictures show the daily tablets you are supposed to take and a 200mg ibuprofen tablet for size reference.Dogs and cats get a palitibily guarantee for supplements. I'm wondering if The Vitamin Shoppe does too?

I loathe taking vitamins due to the size and the reflux I sometimes get from them. While these vitamins are huge and you have to take 3 pills for a serving size… I’ve noticed a huge difference in how I feel. Im anemic most of the time and dehydrate very easily. It has made a difference big time with the dehydration issues. It’s the only vitamin I’ve found with all the extra minerals which is why I chose it. They taste a little weird, are pricy and they are big. Otherwise I’d give them 5 stars.
