Loved it at first then…..
I was looking for that luxury hotel vibe scent. Loved it for about a week and then it started getting on my nerves. Others that have tried it really love it, so don't take my word for it.

The scent is great.
I’ve used Area diffusers for almost three years. This capsule is either broken or the scent is too light. I still love the products though.

You need a different Aera to be able to use this
I had no idea that you would need an Aera Machine that is different than the main one. This refill has no terminals or contacts on the bottom so the machine can’t recognize it and won’t let it insert into the machine. If you look for the fine print you will find it to say that you need the machine sold exclusively at the brand hotel gift shop.

Does not work on Aera machine
Why sell something that doesn’t fit the machine. I expected more from the W hotel. Please make this right. These need to be removed from Amazon or be clear that these capsules do not fit or are compatible on the original Aera machines. Buyer beware.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This doesn’t work even work in an Aera machine. Such a ripoff.
