Easy to use and poseable but watch for base imperfections
I bought these for my daughter and she has enjoyed using them. They are easily manipulated and poseable. The only problem she had was one of the mannequins would not stand properly because the hole in the round base was drilled too large causing the mannequin to topple over. We solved this with a little hot glue and it stands up properly now.

Awsome no problems at all
I’m currently illustrating a book and thesemanicans and work perfect for me their not as big and bulky as the larger ones and had no problem with it so far, they seem pretty stirdy to me and well build.

A great buy
A great set, especially for the price. My daughter was thrilled when she received this as a gift. She has been wanting a drawing mannequin for quite a while. The mannequins are very easy to pose individually on their stands, or can be easily removed to interact with each other for multiple poses.

Doesn’t even come in it’s own packaging.
Got the mannequins for a friend. When it came, all three were stuffed in a box for a “male” and the box didn’t even close all the way. Two of the figures were off of their bases and don’t go on too easily. Overall, not impressed with the workmanship either.

Great for basics
Mobility is slightly limited but other than that they work great

but they are strong and sturdy.
My daughter used these figures for an art project at UF. They fit her needs perfectly. She painted and decorated the figures. They are a little stiff, but they are strong and sturdy.

They are great for sketches
These manikins are just as described. They are great for sketches, paintings and similar. The stands make them easy to potion, and the proportions are correct. Joints are reasonably lifelike. All and all- well worth the price.

Not very useful for an aspiring Writer-Illustrator (not childrens' books)
Hello, sorry for the negative review, but, now I'm really wishing I had listened more to the other 'negative reviews' because since I've TRIED to use these, I've discovered they can’t balance AT ALL with the SMALL WOODEN DISCS they have for bases. Especially if the pose you WANT to put them in, doesn’t make them look like a shy toddler hiding behind it’s Mom, and even if I put it in a closed, introverted, reclusive position, it Usually just springs back to an entirely useless pose. I can’t even get one of them to stand straight, or have BOTH FEET facing the SAME direction.I had really hoped they would have worked better, so I wouldn’t have to keep using pictures on a screen, or in a book. The entire reason I bought these, is because I don’t have a full length mirror, and thus can only draw the proportions for a 'girl' from the ribs up, and not even to my elbows.Really disappointed, hope you all have better luck than I did.
