Shields Mfg's a quality hose and this is the best product for a marine fuel fill application. Low permeation hose. If you have old hose that is cracking, you will have that gas smell in your boat. The product was shipped Exactly as ordered. They are the Least expensive option and Customer Service is great! I won't buy hose from anyone else. For $75, they bundled 10 feet of the 5/8 vent hose and the 1 1/2 fill hoses. You do the math! Most fill hose is 8$ per foot with shipping included. Make sure to give it 10-12 days to arrive. Doesn't get any better than this!

Super happy. Very fast shipping. This is new hose, not 2004 hose. Reviewer that said it was from 2004 didn't understand the 7840:2004 stamped on it. This is for ISO Standard 7840:2004, which specifies general requirements and physical tests for fire-resistant hoses for conveying petrol and diesel oil. It is rated for ethanol blended fuel too. This is brand new hose that you want to use on your boat for fuel vents. I ordered 2 rolls of it and will highly recommend. My 640 HP boat will love it.

Just what I was looking for and needed for my boat.

Needed 2 hoses one 9ft. 6 inches and another 9ft. 10 inches. Ordered 2 and both hoses came 9ft. 6 inches from factory. I was able to use one without cutting any off but had to send the other one back because it was 6 inches short. Hose is good quality though the company is just ripping everyone off by short cutting hoses.
