C-section life saver
These are super comfy and stretchy. They aren't too tight on the soft postpartum tummy, and don't dig in anywhere. They were especially good for my csection recovery. Light, breathable, and Washable. You can easily get a few wears out of them even though they're marketed as disposable. I sized up because I didn't want them to be tight.

Pregnant mamas: size up; it runs small
I'm petite but I had an emergency cesarean and was painfully bloated for a couple weeks afterwards. I should have ordered XLs to avoid the tight pressure on my abdomen. I recommend sizing up whether or not you're planning a cesarean because it's best to be prepared. The hospital gave me XLs (of a different brand but similar type) and they worked like a dream, but I needed something for when I ran out at home. Best to you, Mama!

Absolutely not and dubious packaging!
The sheen, size, texture, and stretchiness do not match the medline postpartum underwear I received at the hospital. These are also ultra shiny and rough on the outside which is a no-no. I also don't feel confident wearing these disposable underwear without washing them since the ziplock sealed package was open in the Amazon shipping box. Who knows what wear house contaminants these medical underwear have been exposed to. This is once again a no-no for anyone who has a healing c-section scar or laproscopy scars.

Sizing is small, not very stretchy on leg part
These were a disappointment. XL fits like a medium, and doesn’t stretch well in the butt area or leg area. Nothing like what you get from hospital after birth.
