What is the size of the regular rubber tip so I can buy a replacement? I have lost that tip and am only using the wide tip.

It’s 3/4 opening. Here’s it is on Amazon. Just put in “T10034BL” in the search engine and it will come up. It’s around $4.00. Hope this helps!

Will it fold up with the pod on ?

Yes. I took it on an airplane & it fit easily in the overhead storage. Folds very quickly.

My wife is 4’9” will this cane work for her?

It’s adjustable to three lengths. Set at the shortest length it might be satisfactory for your wife. However, one can only tell by using it. If it doesn’t work for her, return it.

It's lnpossible to put the rubber thing on the stick, send me return label thru post office! Please!!! It's a terrible quality

Try twisting it slowly makng sure it is properly centered. My hands are weak and it went on easily for me.
