Beautiful but the chain was a lot finer than expected. I was looking to replace a crucifix and Italian gold necklace that I had lost and this didn’t compare for the price

What kind of company/jeweler sends customer a $300 necklace with the chain in knots?!?!?! I've tried for nearly an hour to fix but knots are too tight! DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING FROM THIS RETAILER!!!!!!!
