This unit is great! I've been using it nearly every night for a month now. But my first day I had it, my 2 year old turned it upside down when it was unplugged but still had water in it and it spilled a few drops outside the unit and into the air hole on the side of the unit. I was afraid the unit was ruined, but it worked!I had to dry the unit out with a fan blowing air into the air-hole for 24 hours to ensure I got the water out from inside the unit before I turned it on again. The good news is that it worked fine as if the accident never happened! I also love the fact that cover locks into place, so it didn't spill everything out when my toddler turned it upside down. GREAT Unit at a GREAT price! I would definitely purchase again.Also, it doesn't beep when it turns off UNLESS you run out of water. The 3 hours the timer allows never runs out of water. In fact I just reset it for another 3 hours and most of the time it runs at least another 2 hours before it shuts off. Even then, the beep on this 2nd round doesn't wake me up. The only drawbacks to this unit is that you cannot set it to run the full 5 or 6 hours that the water reservoir allows. The timer only goes to 3 hours and then you have to turn it on again. Also, the colors do not rotate through as you have to select only one color or you can have the lights completely off which is great for nighttime sleeping.

I looked at reviews forever before finally settling on this essential oil diffuser. Let me just say, I'm so glad I got it! It's the perfect size for your nightstand, desk, kitchen/bathroom counter, etc. and I think it puts out a very decent amount of vapor considering it's size. I was surprised it only holds 100 mls of water (I've never owned one of these, so I wasn't even sure what was normal), but have been really impressed with how long that lasts. I really enjoy the auto shut off feature, and the different light options are kinda cool even though i rarely use them. The design is simple but pleasing to the eye, however I really only bought it for function and it has not disappointed me whatsoever.I'm really happy with my purchase. I plan on buying at least one more for my home so I don't have to truck this one around so much, and I will also be buying two for Christmas presents :)

Ok so I love these things. They don't spit spray and make a mess they are fairly quiet and mess free. Once I bought one and tried it I bought another and I LOVE them. The only bummer is the the top and the insert with the spout detached and now the only way to use it causes it to make a mess. I wish the top hadn't come apart. When I tried to exchange the defective one it was too late and outside Amazons rerun time. If this gets resolved I'll give this product FIVE STARS because for the price you can't beat it. I use them to help sleep and for mood enhancing and Id like more around the house for natural fragrance.

I bought a much more expensive diffuser from Mountain Rose Herbs, and although I'm sure it's great for certain oils; the oils I used got clogged and caused it not to work, and I then had to soak the glass pieces in alcohol to get rid of the stickiness. I am trying to use essential oils to feel better, as I am basically bedridden at this time with Lyme Disease and Multiple System Atrophy, as well as a multitude of other disorders. So when something causes me to have to work at getting it to work, I'm not too happy. Needless to say, I am completely happy and satisfied with the Gurin diffuser. Wish I would have bought it first, especially since money is tight.To make sure I get the benefit of the essential oils, I lie down and hold the diffuser close to my nose.

I've never written a 2 star Amazon review before, but feel inclined to do so upon making this purchase. I did a lot of research before I decided to "go with" this particular diffuser. The day it arrived, I saw the shipping box and wondered how my diffuser fit inside. After opening the shipping box, I saw the diffuser's actual box, with the word "mini" screaming at me. Aha, now I know how it fit in such a tiny box. It's pretty itty bitty. I measured it and it appears to be about 5 inches high and about 2.5 inches wide. The only reason I am leaving this review is because I feel this product is not advertised correctly. I feel the title on Amazon should list this as a "mini" diffuser. Another reviewer posted about this very thing, 2 days ago. (Unfortunately, I'd already placed my order by then) I am returning this diffuser, due to the unexpected small size. I haven't used it, so I can't comment on how well it works, but buyer, beware- this is a small diffuser.

I was looking for another method of diffusing oils, since burning oil and candles aren't healthy to inhale. I am in Love with this diffuser! I've Been using it for a couple of months now, It lets out a cool, fine mist and isn't overpowering. It's Just enough to freshen the room provides a really nice illumination. Great options for lighting colors with a dimmer. Select the amount of time up to 2 and a half hours with auto shutoff. I also love the soft calming sound of the water bubbling. My favorite fragrance to use is lemon or purification by Edens Garden since it contains naturally antibacterial compounds, reducing bacteria, fungus and mold in the air. I definitely recommend this product, (be sure to follow the directions strictly). I've already purchased another as a gift. Great way to unwind. Definitely worth the money!

I like this diffuser. I love that it can change color!The only thing that I am hesitant about is the stream that it emits. I sometimes feel like it's not very heavy, or dense, and it doesn't give out a heavy scent. It's my first time owning an essential oil diffuser, so maybe the scent is supposed to be subtle and I just don't know it. I will try experimenting with more drops of the oil, but I kind of wish I had tried a different diffuser within the return date of this one.
