It comes with a hand pump, cylinder, force and pressure gauge, grip puller attachments, and cross-bearing puller attachments. The two-speed hydraulic hand pump operates with fewer handle strokes than a single-speed pump, reducing operator igue. When there is no load, the pump operates in the first stage, which provides higher oil displacement than the second stage. Under load, the pump shifts into the second stage, which can withstand more pressure than the first stage. The pump is designed with a glass-filled nylon reservoir and a nylon-encapsulated aluminum base for corrosion resistance. A fiberglass handle does not conduct heat or electricity, helping to protect the operator from shocks or burns. The handle has a lock to secure it in place during transportation. An internal pressure- valve helps prevent pump malfunction. The hollow plunger cylinder has a 20-ton capacity, and it can provide both push and pull forces. It has a single-acting spring return and collar threads for ing attachments. The cylinder’s baked enamel finish provides corrosion resistance. The Enerpac BHP-2751G master puller set includes a saddle, hose, and coupler for attaching the cylinder to the pump.
