KOUNAIEN CANKER SORE Patch 10-Patches

For me these work great with getting canker sores to heal faster. They are NOT an instant cure but help in shortening the healing time and for easing the pain. Things to keep in mind ...1. Yes the instructions are in Japanese, but the only thing you really have to know, you can tell by the picture in the instructions, and that is that the LIGHT side is what sticks to the sore and the DARK side is out2. People complain that they are too small. Well they work best if applied as soon as a sore starts to form. If you waited until it got bigger then the patch, that's on you. If you chomped on the side of your mouth and it turned into a canker sore, this isn't going to work3. Yes, dry the area as best you can to aid in sticking. ANY wet surface is going to hard to get something to stick to, right?4. The outside of the patch will be plastic like ... which can be off putting but any band aid is annoying also and you need to treat it the same as a band aid. Learn not to poke at it with your tongue and just let it fall off.

These dots are awesome! Whenever I bite myself it's always in a place that is most exposed to food or my teeth to it always turns into a dang canker sore! Whenever I use these dots, I feel like my sore heals faster since it's not constantly exposed to food, drink, bacteria from my teeth, etc. Makes eating so much less painful too. You will definitely feel that it's there but better than constant pain! The key to application is dabbing the wounded area with a paper towel so it's a little dryer and not covered in saliva. Avoid tissue as it tends to stick to the sore, where as a thicker paper towel has stronger fibers that don't stick. It may hurt a little depending on how bad your sore is but if you do this, I find that the dot sticks better. Make sure to tab the dot down around all the edges so it seals. Lasts about 4-5 hours for me that includes eating and drinking coffee and water. it will gradually start to loosen on the edges. at that point I will let it release and fall out itself so I don't tug on it and risk ripping the sore. In between uses, I rinse my mouth with warm salt water. My dentist recommended saying that it helps the healing process even though it stings a little.

To be honest I tried almost all and mean ALL types of medicine or solutions to crank sores, I'm getting these sores regularly since I can remember.I bought these because of my previous experience with similar product works as a patch to cover the sore and THAT product worked miraculously and perfectly...HOWEVER this product is not the same.It won't fit and stick as it should beAll instruction are in Japanese, which I translated with help of a friend. but to be honest it is a straight forward process.the patch won't stick easily, you need to FULLY dry the area, which is almost impossible, and even then it may sticl (and yes I used the right side in applying the patch)The patch will move if your tongue touch it, or lips or teeth if it is in your cheek or eat anythingthe patch is very small in size almost size of aif you got it in a place where it sticks, dry, away from tongue movement, away from teeth and didn't eat anything...then it will help a bitalso the size of the patch is pretty small around the sleeve shirt bottom.finally from experience with crank sores, different bodies respond to different treatment, if you have sores regularly then these are worth the try, and much better than gels.

I’m from the US and traveled to Japan and had the canker sore on my tongue that hurt SO BAD. I found these and I bought them again lol. No flavor and that’s good because I wouldn’t want to taste a sticker on my tongue. Great to use if you’re wanting to eat or drink food that will irritate the sore. The taking off process of it is kind of weird and leaves this residue that it stuck to your tongue lol but the sticker is flat and I just feel a lot in a better mood because I’m not biting it or in pain plus I get to drink soda. Also my canker sore tends to heal a bit faster. I recommend stickers instead of those numbing gel.

I’m surprised it has low stars. I’ve been a big fan of this product for a decade- I always have canker sores because of immune disorder. I’ve tried tons of treatment for canker sores but this this product is the best one ever. AND a life saver! I love eating sour and salty foods and I can’t imagine my life without this product. You have to pat it dry with cotton swab and attach the patch on to the affected area. It stays for more than 6 hrs if you do it right.

You will feel tape in you mouth all that time while you keep the patch on the canker sore. The hard seal totally does not come off that you feel incompletely peeled seal in your mouth; especially when you eat something, have to be careful that you might chew incomplete seal and peel yourself and the canker sore become bigger and heal delay. Eventually hard parts come off, then you feel canker sore again. I have used whole patched, but my canker sore is still there.

I’ve had a huge canker sore on the tip of my tongue for about a week now and numbing creams or gels weren’t helping. Decided to try this and I am able to eat, drink and talk with no pain.You can feel the cover in your mouth, but as long as it relieves the pain, it is worth it.I’ve also tried the dentek cover, but that leaves a huge clump of gel and is sticky while this one is just a patch, so I would prefer this one.There is also an unpleasant smell to it, but once it’s in your mouth it’s not noticeable.
