Yes, the GPS wireless dog fence device is IPX5 waterproof rating. It's certainly fine for use in rainy weather, but we do not recommend use it underwater. Thank you.

I live in the middle of the woods surrounded by high hill's so I have to stand in a very open area to find a satellite! It could be buildings or hill's are blocking the signal!
