Got a Refurb - Good condition from a certified seller on here. It showed up with minor cosmetic defects including a single dot where the plastic cover over the screen was damaged. Pixels intact, it's just noticeable, especially on white backgrounds. The power adapter has some coil-whine but this happens even with $1000 video cards so I'm not too worried about it. It generally matches what Amazon describes as Good condition. I'm satisfied for $200. The laptop itself is quite dated with a 8th gen Intel mobile CPU. If you de-bloat windows and are only using the laptop for day-to-day productivity tasks and media consumption, it's perfectly serviceable. I got the 16GB model because 8GB of RAM on Windows 11 is a no-go for me. It runs well, in no small part due to the NVME SSD. The laptop is light and compact with the 14" screen. It's perfect for what I needed it for. Essentially a backup PC and media-device for our living room TV when we want to watch something that can only be accessed with a browser. Only minor complaints I have are with all modern laptops, a lack of connectivity options. A couple USB ports and HDMI is pretty much it with this guy. Not a big deal in my case, but may be a consideration for others. At $200-230 in 2025 this is a great budget friendly or entry-level laptop for general usage.

Worked perfectly right out of the box. I was dubious about buying a refurbished laptop but I only need a laptop two or three times a month for some workflows that aren't possible to do on my smartphone. The phone is my go-to computer for most tasks, but some projects require a Windows machine. This laptop handles the more complicated work, such as video editing and working with complex spreadsheets, with no problem at all. I love it -- this was a perfect price/performance value.

Laptop is very good. The 14" size is kinda smallish but good and manageable. Very fast.

The motherboard failed after less than 20 times using the laptop. Local tech repair stated it was likely caused by the charger shipped with the laptop. It appears there was a short in the charger which affected the motherboard. Contacted seller. Returned laptop. Seller confirmed motherboard failure. No refund offered. Rather an offer to pay an additional $200 to replace motherboard. No mention about replacing the charger. Still hoping for a reasonable outcome. Update: No reasonable offer or outcome made. They still have the laptop and offered to return it as is - bad charger and fried motherboard.

Easy to set up an use It is easy to have several tabs open at once.And still experience great power. Pages load quickly The size is small enough to fit easily into a bag or backpack but it is large enough where the Screen is easy to view. The casing is durable, the screen is bright and the battery life is about 3to 4 three hours.

Very good product

Arrived safely, a day early. It looks and feels brand new. Worked right out of the box, installed with Win 11 Pro. A *lot* faster than my current ancient laptop! It turns itself on as soon as I open the lid. Nicely backlit keyboard. No DVD drive, and it only has a single USB-A port, but there's a USB-C/Thunderbolt port too, which was handy when installing software from an external DVD drive. Battery was about 2/3 charged when it arrived. I've not yet used it much, so I can't really comment on the battery life. Very pleased with it so far. I'd recommend it.
