Review: a good solution for my special needs rescue - I have a rescue box turtle with a weak bite and mild MBD. Her appetite has vastly improved with UVB, but she struggles to eat in general. She has shown no interest in live insects or veggies/greens no matter how I present it or try to sneak it in. I can get her to eat soft fruit and the occasional protein, but I know she needs a more varied diet than that. She'll eat Fluker's Buffet Blend about 50% of the time I offer it (I soak it to make it easier for her to eat). She'll also go for Fluker's Crafted Cuisine sometimes too. I feel a lot better about her overall diet with these options in my toolbox. It doesn't have much of a smell at all when dry. I can smell it when its wet, but it's not offensive, and like I said, my turtle seems to like it. For a turtle who was only eating banana when I got her, this is a real breakthrough.

**Q: I found a baby turtle outsider...would this work?**
A: I have an adult eastern box title that wouldn’t touch it. It has some rather large large pieces so I would think a baby turtle would not be able to eat it. Try cut up pieces of cherry tomato or strawberry.

**Q: Can my red eared slider eat this?**
A: I have since learned that peas are not the greatest for turtles. I have switched to Mazuri and Omega One turtle sticks, per recommendations. I am using some of the previously bought foods sparingly, to not be wasteful, but I pull out any dried peas and corn. And of course plenty of fresh food.

Great product
