Do not recommend.
Bought this control for Yamaha RX-V740 receiver and was very careful to read sellers full description to verify my model was listed. After receiving it I opened the battery compartment to discover battery polarity illustration to be very confusing( (see photo attached). Installed batteries as per outline of battery with bump on positive side and did not work. Changed battery polarization to represent symbols of + and - and still did not work. Very poor quality and I do not recommend.
