Started taking the supplements recently, not sure about the results yet since it takes some time to workBUTI did contact customer service about third party testing and HEAVY metals results (like lead, arsenic, etc) and received a very clear and positive information:- Sparkle responded very shortly to my email- Sparkle is working with third party to test the quality of the product- the results are well documented and well within safe values (or N/A)- Sparkle attached the reports via email for the specific product I asked and was very transparent about itI wish more companies would be the same responsive and clear too.

I started looking into collagen peptide supplement due to drastic change in my hair What seemed to be a normal hair fall turned into an alarming daily hair loss. I felt I had to do something or will be bald soon. I came across a YouTube video about this product and I noticed a difference after three weeks of taking it daily. Hair fall rate went back to normal and it keeps improving. I noticed it's stengthening my hair and nails. Slower growth but stronger.I also love their Customer Service. This flavor went out of stock and so I ordered a different flavor without realizing it was not the Boost Plus. The company sent me a free bottle when the correct one came back in stock. I bought the açaí lemonade flavor after it was recommended by The Budget Dermatologist on YouTube. The flavor is great! Tastes like I’m drinking lemonade. There’s no nasty collagen aftertaste to it like other brands. It’s too early to see any benefits from the collagen itself, but the flavor is so good I’ll have no trouble drinking this everyday.

I've been taking this Sparkle Collagen (flavored/mixed berry) for almost a week now. To me, the flavor is a bit sweet but not horrible. I'd purchased this primarily for wrinkles, nails and hair. I don't expect any results in my skin right now - it's way too soon for that - I have noticed a decrease in back pain and knee pain - in under one week - that's worth the price of admission alone. I started out with one scoop in water every morning and today, just upped it to two - you can take up to four scoops a day. I use a hand milk frother to mix it in with the water for just a few seconds because it will clump. I wanted to ease into it to see how my body would respond. I didn't feel any noticeable negative side effects. I did feel full so I don't eat as much during the day. Not that I ate a lot to begin with but just something to note you might want to eat something before taking this. I can take collagen alone and not feel sick. Decided to on auto delivery because I know to see the results that I'm looking for will take months!

Originally purchased for my skin.I have horribly painful knees, and to my amazement, after 1 1/2 months taking this supplement, my knees are feeling WAY better.I'm not 100% yet, but I can walk pretty well.I'm so happy!!!
