All metal with 2 racks that turn eggs. Humidity and tempatue stability work well. The back door comes off for cleaning. There is a fan in the back door that needs to be cleaned as small particles gravitate to it and clog it up. Had about an 80% hatch rate.

So easy to use. My hatching rate went from 50 to 90 percent. It holds temperature and humidity perfectly even in a garage with no heat. I fill it with water every week but other than that it requires no upkeep. Wipe it down between cycles and you will have a huge flock. My kids have so much fun watching chickens hatch. It’s quiet enough to keep indoors its size doesn’t take up much space.

The water tank has a leaking and water is dripping down. I wrote to the company ( seller) to replace, but they didn't answer at all, I lost all my Thai & Asil eggs. Very sad, I didn't recommend anyone to buy this expensive incubator and end up like me.

I really like this incubator. My hatch rate went up from 5 hatches to 53 hatches that was the 1st time I used it.i will get a bigger one next time.

this incubator is easy to use and easy to put together it took me 5 minutes to put it together I 100 percent recommend it from my eggs I got a 90 percent hatch rate and from shipped eggs, I got a 70 percent hatch rate another thing I like about this incubator is that it is super easy to clean

The electrical outlets on the hatching unit I purchased were made in turkey and not compatible to US and needed accessory adapters to comply to US sockets. The adapters did not fit correctly. The return went very smooth and they accepted my hatching unit back with full refund
