I haven't been using this product long enough to give an accurate review, but so far I think it's a great alternative to drinking acv. I wanted to test the quality or potency because the capsules have no smell or taste. I opened a capsule and dumped the powder inside into a glass of water. I stirred it up and tasted. It tasted like ACV to me.
