Hey it’s P-nut your cosplay master just wanna let you know I use it as a back up. It keeps my hair in on most of my costumes so I can keep the zipper from the costumes from getting into my hair my hair is below my shoulders and it does a very good job to pull it in and hold it back so when I put on my mask or my zip up Costumes it does a good job matter fact sitting here thinking about it I need to order another one I’ve been doing cosplay now for the last couple years I’m joking about being a master but I’ve been learning some tricks and his hood is one of those tricks I’ve learned and I’ve even had a couple people ask me where I got it from these people that’s been doing it a while so I want to tell you how good the hood is and how durable it is like I said been using it all year I hope this helps you make your decision good luck P-nut

This hood/cowel worked perfectly for Halloween. There is a zipper in back to allow you to get your head in and then it becomes a nice snug fit. There is no drooping of the fabric at the neck. The opening for the face is pretty small, but you can stretch the opening a bit if you want so that it will sit below your chin rather than on the front of it.

I was looking for a mask to use for my Spiderman Noir costume. This one stood out to me, as it was cheap but looked decent in reviews. I got the full-face cover one, because I was gonna cut out my own eye holes anyway. But, if you were looking to cover your eyes with this mask, it is just a little hard to see through. Being that it was black fabric, and not printed (which is a good thing), you could imagine its pretty shadowy to look through. The zipper on the back isn't an invisible one, but I mean I paid 10 bucks for it so I didn't expect one. Overall, awesome mask and I can't wait to use it for my costume!

My daughter wanted to cosplay Art the Clown, but not wear the latex mask, so got this, added a black hat and did the makeup herself. Worked great and a lot more comfortable.

Wanted to wear this underneath my ghost face mask to darken the eyes. It pulls the effect off but you cannot see very well and is difficult to breathe.

I got this mask with low expectations. What normally happens with these masks for my Spider-Man costume, is that the mask is either a too large, not the right form, or isn't functional enough. This mask fits everything that I need it to. There is enough form to show my face shell, and the zipper on the back is super useful. It's a really good zipper, especially for $12, and I found that it almost never got caught in my hair. The pictures show more than the words do. I will say that the contour to the neck is not as intense as I would have hoped, but for the price point and compared to the super low quality competition, I'm more than happy with how this turned out. The build quality and materials are super good. Additionally the length is way longer than any other one I found on Amazon or elsewhere. Most of the time, you really have to stretch the neck down in order to get to rest well and fit into the rest of the costume, as is with other low quality headpieces. But this one is way better and has way more length combined with form, and made my mask look way better than it had previously.

It has a zipper, which is not a problem for me, it feels more secure this way. At night it is just a bit too dark to see through efficiently. Otherwise its perfect. I especially like that its neck is longer than alternative masks.
