Very sturdy, very easy to install and use. There are 2 types of swag hooks. One is small one which is 1.5 inches long. However, this one is bigger one 2.25 inch which is also called as Jumbo swag hooks. I purchased this for hanging chandelier. Holds the chandelier great! Moreover, its appearance exceeded my expectations by seamlessly integrating with my white ceiling, resulting in an antique aesthetic. Adding to my first review : I've used these for a few hanging plants and shelves and they work great. This is the second time I've purchased this. The product is super cool and it gives a very good aesthetic look to the balcony. However what I likes to most is detailing of the product. A very clear instruction with the product and the product box is also so antique that I am going to purchase dozen hook to gift it some of my friends who are homemakers and love with antique stuff. Very worthy

The toggle wings had broken while installing in the false ceiling. Replacement was couriered within 24 hours. Highly appreciated. This has to be fixed into a drilled hole of accurate size in the wood by hand only; if the hole is tight, better widen with appropriate drill bit. Its inbuilt threaded screw is broken & made the product unusable when tightened into a slightly narrow hole with a spanner.

Very well made item for installation on ceiling. But it cannot take much weight. I am using it to hang a windchime.

Not antique finish. Fully black finish it looks old piece. It should little length also.
