(Posting under my mom's account)I have been taking these every night throughout my entire pregnancy (at the behest of my mom) and they have been an absolute LIFESAVER!!!Right before I found out I was pregnant, I was scheduled to have a vein procedure to fix the enlarged outside veins in my leg. Not even a month later I found out I was unexpectedly pregnant. Procedure was canceled and I was tortured with extreme restless legs every night. My mom did some research and found this stuff. I take 2 capsules every night and they calm the restless leg beast and allow me to sleep soundly. It never caused diarrhea with me because I was extremely constipated from pregnancy (sorry, TMI). I haven't noticed any negative effects and am miserable if I skip a dose. I ended up in the ER about half way through the pregnancy due to extreme dehydration and throwing up. They gave me Phenergan to make the nausea go away. I've never had an issue in the past, but it lite my legs on fire!! Every 30 seconds it felt like I had fire coursing through my legs for about 2 hours. When they finally released me and I got home, I took two magnesium and within 10 mins my legs were calmed and I fell asleep. I was so relieved!!!!With everything, do your own research (especially while pregnant) and talk to your doctor. These helped me tremendously and I would have been so miserable if I didn't have these.

I've had constipation ever since a surgery I underwent and couldn't keep taking OTC laxatives everyday to keep things moving. They made me very dehydrated. I've been taking one of these capsules everyday in the am before breakfast and have noticed amazing results. I don't feel dehydrated and don't experience diarrhea. I just feel healthy bm. Sorry for the tmi. For the price, this is an amazing product for me. Will be ordering again. Thanks

I don't absorb any magnesium well, but this product definitely helps to regulate the bowels and I feel it helps somewhat in improving sleep duration and eliminating "monkey mind" at night.
